He has a wealth of experience in Landlord & Tenant matters, debt recovery and property disputes.

He has built up a justified reputation for being the person to turn to when the diplomatic approach fails.

He is also experienced in Family law with particular emphasis on the financial issues arising out of separation and divorce together with co-ownership and cohabitee disputes.

James qualified as a Solicitor in 1989.
