13 Dec Rutters Solicitors set to don their festive woollies for Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day!
On Friday 16 December staff at Rutters will be putting on their warmest, wackiest and most wonderful festive woollies to raise money for Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day.
Silliness is set to sweep the nation as millions of people in schools, offices and homes up and down the country donate £2 to sport a festive sweater for the day. From technicolour festive knits festooned with reindeer antlers to balancing baubles, the best bit is that all this silliness has a serious purpose.
All money raised through this wacky woolly-wearing could help give a child living in a refugee camp clothes to keep them warm through winter, help buy nutritious food for their entire family, or set up a safe space to give children the chance to be children again. It’s a very silly way to solve some very serious problems!
Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day is fun, easy to organise and everyone can be part of it. To find out more and sign up, visit www.christmasjumperday.org.
Should you wish to support the team at Rutters by making a donation simply pop into reception or text TEAMRUTTERS to 70050 to give £2 to Save the Children (texts are charged at your standard rate so that all of the £2 can be donated to Save the Children).
We look forward to sharing some pictures from the day with you all!!
