04 Sep Free Family Law Clinic
It is always wise to get legal advice if you are separating from your partner or getting a divorce as to the legal consequences for you so you can make sure issues are resolved rather than leaving issues unresolved and keeping your fingers crossed that they will not come back to haunt you in the future. Also, it is very sensible if you are thinking of living with someone, or getting married, to get advice about the legal consequences for you should the relationship or marriage later breakdown.
We appreciate that you may want initial advice without the worry of incurring legal costs and this is why we offer you the opportunity to get free legal advice at our Family Law Clinic.
The Family Law Clinic runs between 3-5pm on:
1st & 3rd Monday of the month at our Shaftesbury office
2nd & 4th Monday of the month at our Gillingham office
The clinic operates as a drop in service and so there is no need to make an appointment, you just need to turn up. However, sometimes our family solicitor, Genette Gale, has to go to court to represent clients which means the clinic will then not run that day. It is therefore best if you ring on the morning of the clinic to make sure it will be running. Call us on 01747 852377.
Please note the chance to get free legal advice is offered once. The next time you need advice you will need to arrange an appointment to see Genette Gale, which will be a chargeable appointment.
